DBQ will be holding a Sweeps Information Forum on Saturday 21 November, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the TeWaka Clubhouse, Albion.
Who should Attend:

The representative from your club that is responsible for managing sweep accreditations (e.g. club sweep mentor / president)

All L3 sweeps intending to sweep 2km races at the State Championships
The course will cover two key areas:
Part 1 – Sweep Accreditation and Governance
Jo will walk through the governance and processes involved in signing off sweeps at all accreditation levels, including upcoming changes and what clubs need to know to ensure their sweep accreditation processes are managed correctly.
Part 2 – L3 Sweeps and 2km Racing at States
This session is essential for all L3 sweeps intending to sweep 2km races at the State Championships. Jo will cover the specific accreditation requirements for sweeping 2km races, along with a review of the Rules of Racing for this event.
This is an important opportunity to ensure clubs understand the updated accreditation processes and that sweeps are appropriately prepared for 2km racing at States.
